How do trans employees at the Belgian Railways experience this? In which way can professionals, like \u00e7avaria\/KliQ, assist?<br \/>\nWe will also present a practical coaching guide for trans employees used at the Belgian Government.<\/p>\n<p>You will be offered a welcome drink and a\u00a0<strong><u>walking dinner<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0afterwards to give you the opportunity to network and share ideas.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.nl\/e\/openwork-at-the-belgian-railways-registration-49330727534\">Register here\u00a0to attend<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>(Please let us know in advance if you cannot make it to the event. rel=\"noopener\">Open@Work<\/a>\u00a0is a joint initiative of Accenture, KliQ vzw, BNP Paribas Fortis, BELDEFRAC &amp; .beproud!, ING, AXA,the Government of Flanders, NMBS-SNCB, Infrabel, HR-Rail and Trainbow Belgium, aiming at connecting LGBT people and support networks across companies.<\/p>\n<p>The three main goals of this initiative are:<br \/>\n&gt; \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Build a cross-company network, focusing on \u2018Out in the workplace\u2019<br \/>\n&gt; \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Join forces in creating an inclusive work environment for the LGBT community<br \/>\n&gt; \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Exchange good practices on LGBT and ally company networks<\/p>\n<h3>Practical details<\/h3>\n<p>Please be welcome at our first Open@Work event:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Date:
