Stay
You will be staying in the Park Inn by Radisson, in front of the train station Bruxelles-Midi. It’s also located next to our offices. The night of Friday 6th to Saturday 7th are offered. If you want to stay one or two extra night(s), you should have confirmed this yourself to the hotel by now.
Preparations
*Please prepare a presentation (max 15′) about your organization, so we can share good practices and so we can understand what you have achieved and what your goals for the future are.
Send it to us (stijn.sillen@infrabel.be) before the conference, so we can set up everything for your convenience.
